Dr. Eric Zini achieved the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Dipl. ECVIM-CA, Internal Medicine) in 2005 and a PhD in 2006. Since 2005 works in the Diabetology and Endocrinology Research Group of the Vetsuisse Faculty of Zurich (Switzerland) and since 2010 he is research fellow at the Faculty of Padua (Italy) and Scientific Director at the Istituto Veterinario di Novara (Italy). Since 2016 he is Titular Professor at the Vetsuisse Faculty of Zurich. He is author of more than 100 scientific articles in international journals. His major research focuses are in the field of feline diabetology and small animal nephrology.
